"This has plenty of savoury, tangy tomato on the nose. Some judges also detected a cheesy note. There are sweet, creamy tomato tastes to start with, then the heat comes through. It's a rounded, fruity heat which melds with the tomato and sweetness then goes on to be pretty ferocious. The flavour lasts and it would indeed improve burgers, pizzas and more with its sweet savouriness."
